Vegan Halloween Candy List

🎃 Vegan Halloween Candy List 🎃

Don't worry, vegans don't have to miss out on the tricks and treats. The biggest animal ingredients to look out for when it comes to candy are: gelatin, confectioner's glaze or shellac, milk and casein (found in a lot of chocolate), beeswax and honey and carmine (a red colouring).

Please keep in mind that I live in Canada so ingredients may vary depending on location. Always read your ingredients lists before purchasing.**Note I will update this list when new products are found. It started alphabetical but not anymore, my apologies.

  1. Not sure if we're on the same page if you saw what I saw… Greetings, earthling. 2. Kerr's say they are proud to make their kisses with real cream and butter. So you may want to take that one off the list.

  3. I assure you that isn't the case. You can even check their ingredients for their molasses kisses on their website. No cream or butter.

  4. Thank you for this list! We don't participate in Halloween but finding treats without pork products has been a challenge. We don't do treats often but like them for car trips, camping etc. and it's nice to get help like this.

  5. Do you know if maynards cherry blasters are vegan?

  6. I think the skittles coating is made with confectioners glaze (from insects) Confectioners sugar is ok but watch for the glaze - sadly it took a lot of candy from my list of go-tos
